The Strange Quark Problem in the Framework of Statistical Distributions
نویسندگان
چکیده
A large class of polarized and unpolarized deep inelastic data is successfully described with Fermi-Dirac functions for the non-diffractive part of quark parton distributions. The NLO approach used here improves the agreement with experiment of the previous LO work. We get a broader distribution for the strange parton s(x) than for ¯ s(x).

Strange quark matter attached to string cloud in general scalar tensor theory of gravitation
Bianchi type-VI0 space time with strange quark matter attached to string cloud in Nordtvedt [1] general scalar tensor theory of gravitation with the help of a special case proposed by Schwinger [2] is obtained. The field equations have been solved by using the anisotropy feature of the universe in the Bianchi type-VI0 space time. Some important features of the model, thus obtained, have been di...
متن کاملStrangeness asymmetry of the nucleon in the statistical parton model
We extend to the strange quarks and antiquarks, the statistical approach of parton distributions and we calculate the strange quark asymmetry s−s̄. We find that the asymmetry is small, positive in the low x region and negative in the high x region. In this framework, the polarized strange quarks and antiquarks distributions, which are obtained simultaneously, are found to be both negative for al...

In this paper, we have considered that the strange-star consists of quark matter from its center to surface. For quark matter, we have used two models, the MIT bag model and string-flip like model. In the bag model, the energy of the system has been considered the kinetic energy of the particles of system in addition to a constant B. We have considered two states for B, one of them is constant...
متن کاملStrange / anti - strange asymmetry in the nucleon sea
We derive the nucleon sea-quark distributions coming from a meson cloud model, in order to argue for a strange-antistrange asymmetry in the nucleon sea. Motivation According to the Quark Parton Model, with its subsequent improvements coming from Quantum Chromodynamics, it is known that hadrons are built up from a fixed number of valence quarks plus a fluctuating number of gluons and sea quark a...
متن کاملModeling Magnetic Field in Heavy ion Collisions Using Two Different Nuclear Charge Density Distributions
By studying the properties of matter during heavy-ion collisions, a better understanding of the Quark-Gluon plasma is possible. One of the main areas of this study is the calculation of the magnetic field, particularly how the values of conductivity affects this field and how the field strength changes with proper time. In matching the theoretical calculations with results obtained in lab, two diffe...
